Have you been diagnosed with cancer and feel overwhelmed, scared, lost? Do you believe in the beauty of many healing paths yet feel conflicted about where to start?
Cancer can be quite a rollercoaster – physically, emotionally, and mentally. We’ve been there. And we’ve learned there is no single “right way” to heal. There are many! So we’ve joined forces to create an empowering integrative toolbox to best support you.
As 4 cancer thrivers – 3 of us living with stage IV cancer – we’ll help clear the confusion so you can embrace life with more joy, clarity, peace, and FUN!
In this 3 hour online event, we’ll share our own healing stories, practices, and tips that you can start using today, at no cost, to improve your daily life. Learn how to:
Nourish yourself with healing foods for increased energy, immunity, and vitality.
Navigate your fearful, stressful beliefs and emotions with curiosity and compassion.
View cancer as a wise teacher that’s here to support your self-growth.
Integrate simple lifestyle shifts that will positively impact your health and happiness.
Tap into your own infinite potential of healing through the practice of self-reflective love.
We’ll conclude with a Q&A and offer follow-up resources to keep these powerful practices alive in you. Cancer is a crazy ride, but it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. It can be a LIFE sentence – an even richer life rooted in love, gratitude, and presence.
