Are you looking for a program that can keep you committed and accountable to taking care of yourself, even during stressful times? A way to stay connected, calm, present, strong, and flexible so you can face anything life brings? I’m beyond excited to launch an affordable, do-at-your-own-pace, monthly membership program that includes all of my favorite self-care techniques:


Tuesday mornings at 9am MST (Colorado time), join me for a live 60min yoga class to calm your mind, connect with your breath, and gently move & groove your body. Each week, we’ll focus on a different theme while cultivating more presence, self-love, and relaxation. Can’t make the live session? No worries! Each class is recorded and is yours to keep so you can practice at your convenience. Open to all levels of yoga experience, especially beginners.


Thursday afternoons at 12pm, we’ll get together as a community for a 90min pop-up inquiry circle where we’ll dive into questioning our stressful thoughts using The Work of Byron Katie. Whether it’s frustrations about health, finances, relationships, self-judgments, fears of the future…it has a home in inquiry. Each inquiry circle includes any combo of the following: opening meditation, group inquiry, one-to-one facilitation, partner work, sharing of insights/realizations.


On Sundays, a guided meditation will magically appear in your inbox by 6pm. The meditations will vary from 10-30 minutes and are geared towards becoming aware of your thought patterns, emotions, and physical sensations while meeting them with kindness and compassion. A great way to release tension in your mind and body, these meditations will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the week.


As a member, you’re invited to join a private Yoga & The Work FaceBook group which will be the main hub for communication, inspiration, connecting, and getting support. You’ll also receive 15% off Bethany’s online class series (Making Peace with Disease, Making Friends with Medicine, Self-Love Series, & more). Your membership can be upgraded to include a discounted private session of Yoga or The Work each month.

Membership Tuition

  • $99/month (includes 4 yoga classes, 4 inquiry circles, 4 meditations, Private FaceBook Group, 15% Off Online Series = $250 value). All sessions are recorded and are yours to keep.
  • $149/month (includes above + a monthly private session = $330 value). Feel free to add additional private sessions for $80/hr.
