Making Friends with Medicine ~ Cancer Thriver Workshop: March 25

What happens when you meet medicine with an open mind?

As a “natural girl” diagnosed with breast cancer and faced with rigorous ongoing treatment, I was forced to confront my own beliefs, fears, and anxieties around western medicine. Thanks to a powerful mindset practice of questioning my stressful BS (belief systems), I discovered my own truth: medicine is a gift. A privilege. A healing cleanse that’s been saving my life for 10+ years now!

If medication is a part of your healing path, there are two ways to go through treatment: with stress and fear or with love and gratitude.

Which way creates a more open, relaxed, and loving environment for your body to heal? Because of this inner work, I’m able to navigate cancer, medical appointments, scans, and treatment with more ease, confidence, and yes – even JOY! (and I’ve got silly reels to prove it😉). In this workshop, we will:

  • Explore my favorite mindset practice, The Work of Byron Katie, to investigate stressful thoughts about doctors and medicine
  • View side effects as a wise teacher of self-love and care
  • Experience the connection between the mind + body
  • Calm your nervous system with meditation + inquiry
  • Connect with a supportive, like-minded community who gets it

Can’t join live? No worries! You’ll receive the recording, 3 bonus meditations, a Self-Inquiry Guide, and an invite to join “My Guru Cancer Thrivers” Facebook group.
